The YTP is a two-day career development programme that will expose you to world-class insights on productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Led by LBS faculty and industry experts, this programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career and even a doctoral degree.

Eligibility Criteria :
To be considered for the LBS Young Talents Program 2025, you must meet the requirements below:
- Applicant must have graduated with a First or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
- Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application
- Applicant may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)
- Note: Previous participants of the YTP are not eligible to apply
